Abstract
The first function of the hospital should be to execute the vital treatment of the middle face injuries, determine the immediate diagnosis and decide on the type of primary and secondary therapy; therefore thorough, interdisciplinary cooperation with the ENT specialists is of greatest importance. The final goal for optimal care of polytraumatic patients should be the immediate medical attention through numerous teams during one operation.

医院的首要职能应是对颜面部中部损伤进行关键治疗，确定即时诊断并决定一期和二期治疗的类型；因此，与耳鼻喉科专家进行全面、跨学科的合作至关重要。对多发伤患者进行最佳护理的最终目标应该是在一次手术中由多个团队立即给予医疗救治。
