Abstract

The thirty-third instance of pregnancy and Cushing's syndrome is presented and the literature is reviewed. There is a poor fetal prognosis without definitive treatment of Cushing's syndrome during pregnancy. Maternal complications are common with adrenal adenomas, 44% developing pulmonary edema and 100% developing hypertension. Prompt diagnosis and early treatment are necessary.

本文报告了第33例妊娠合并库欣综合征的病例，并对相关文献进行了综述。孕期若未对库欣综合征进行明确治疗，胎儿预后较差。肾上腺腺瘤常伴有母体并发症，44%会发生肺水肿，100%会发生高血压。及时诊断和早期治疗很有必要。
