We performed central pachymetry on two patients with pellucid and Terrien's corneal marginal degeneration with mean central corneal thicknesses of .487 mm and .466 mm, respectively. We believe that differential corneal thickness measurements may assist in the differential diagnosis of the corneal thinning syndromes.
