Abstract

is an increasingly recognized human pathogen in recent years and was first isolated and reported in a sample of childhood diarrhea in Bangladesh. More and more cases of infection have been reported in recent years. Here we report a case of severe pneumonia caused by with severe atrial septal defect. The patient, a 56-year-old male, was admitted to the hospital with severe hypoxemia and severe septic shock. Detection of the patient's bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and peripheral blood by the metagenomic next generation sequencing (mNGS) indicated infection.

摘要

近年来已逐渐被公认为一种人类病原体,最初是在孟加拉国一名儿童腹泻样本中分离并报告的。近年来,越来越多的感染病例被报道。在此,我们报告一例由[病原体名称未给出]引起的伴有严重房间隔缺损的重症肺炎病例。该患者为一名56岁男性,因严重低氧血症和严重感染性休克入院。通过宏基因组下一代测序(mNGS)对患者的支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)和外周血进行检测,结果表明存在[病原体名称未给出]感染。
