Abstract
We present a genome assembly from a female leaf beetle, (Arthropoda; Insecta; Coleoptera; Chrysomelidae). The total length of the genome sequence is 718.30 megabases. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 20 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the X sex chromosome. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 17.87 kilobases long. Gene annotation of this assembly on Ensembl identified 12,298 protein-coding genes.

我们展示了一种雌性叶甲虫（节肢动物门；昆虫纲；鞘翅目；叶甲科）的基因组组装结果。基因组序列的总长度为7.183亿碱基对。大部分组装序列被构建成20条染色体假分子，包括X性染色体。线粒体基因组也已组装完成，长度为17870碱基对。在Ensembl上对该组装结果进行的基因注释识别出12298个蛋白质编码基因。
