The study aimed to investigate the epidemiology and clinical therapy of candidemia in burn patients hospitalized in Velayat Hospital, Rasht, Iran.
The blood samples of suspected patients were cultured and PCR-sequencing was performed. Antifungal susceptibility testing was done by the CLSI M27-A4 document.
Four blood samples were identified as positive. complex (3 out of 4, 75%) was the predominant leading cause of candidemia. MIC values showed that all isolates were susceptible to itraconazole, amphotericin B, and 5-flucytosine.
It seems necessary to pay attention to non- species in antifungal therapy.
本研究旨在调查伊朗拉什特市韦拉亚特医院住院烧伤患者念珠菌血症的流行病学及临床治疗情况。
对疑似患者的血样进行培养并进行PCR测序。采用CLSI M27 - A4文件进行抗真菌药敏试验。
4份血样被鉴定为阳性。 复合体(4份中的3份,75%)是念珠菌血症的主要主要原因。MIC值表明所有分离株对伊曲康唑、两性霉素B和5 - 氟胞嘧啶敏感。
在抗真菌治疗中似乎有必要关注非 菌种。
