Abstract

Rhodium(III) catalysis has been used for C-H activation of -nitrosoanilines with substituted allyl alcohols. This method provides an efficient synthesis of the functional -nitroso β-aryl aldehydes and ketones with low catalyst loading, high functional group tolerance, and superior reactivity of allyl alcohols toward -nitrosoanilines. We demonstrated that reaction also proceeds through the one-pot synthesis of -nitrosoaniline, followed by subsequent, C-H activation. The protocol was also feasible with acyrlaldehyde and methyl vinyl ketone which furnished the same oxidative -nitroso coupling product.

铑(III)催化已用于亚硝基苯胺与取代烯丙醇的C-H活化反应。该方法能以低催化剂负载量、高官能团耐受性以及烯丙醇对亚硝基苯胺的优异反应活性,高效合成官能化的亚硝基β-芳基醛和酮。我们证明该反应还可通过一锅法合成亚硝基苯胺,随后进行C-H活化。该方案对于生成相同氧化亚硝基偶联产物的丙烯醛和甲基乙烯基酮也可行。
