Abstract

Meradine administered in a dose of 2 mg/kg during 10 days 10-12 months after irradiation with a dose of 4 Gy normalized the catecholamine metabolism in rat hypothalamus. The content of noradrenaline was restored as early as 24 h and that of DOPA and dopamine, 1 month after the cessation of meradine injection.
