(Compositae) is a perennial herbaceous plant owning high economic, feeding and medicinal values. It is widely distributed in desertification and saline alkali areas. The complete chloroplast genome was firstly reported in this study. The chloroplast genome of K. caspia with a total size of 151,239 bp consists of two inverted repeats separated by a large single-copy region and a small single-copy region. Its chloroplast genome contains 129 genes, including 85 protein-coding genes, 36 tRNA genes, and 8 rRNA genes. Also, a total of 62 simple sequence repeats were identified. These results will be useful for study on the evolution and genetic diversity of K. caspia in the future.
(菊科)是一种具有很高经济、饲用和药用价值的多年生草本植物。它广泛分布于荒漠化和盐碱地区。本研究首次报道了其完整的叶绿体基因组。里海千里光的叶绿体基因组全长151,239 bp,由两个反向重复序列隔开一个大单拷贝区域和一个小单拷贝区域组成。其叶绿体基因组包含129个基因,包括85个蛋白质编码基因、36个tRNA基因和8个rRNA基因。此外,共鉴定出62个简单序列重复。这些结果将为今后研究里海千里光的进化和遗传多样性提供帮助。
