Catamenial pneumothorax occurs during the menstrual cycle. Of the 6 patients who underwent surgical treatment, 5 had bullae of the right middle lobe ridge in the interlobar fissure. Two of them also had obvious air leaks intraoperatively and demonstrated endometrial tissue in the resected specimen. Our findings suggest that it is necessary to confirm the right middle lobe ridge in the interlobar fissure of patients with catamenial/endometriosis-related pneumothorax.
月经性气胸发生在月经周期期间。在接受手术治疗的6例患者中，5例在叶间裂的右中叶嵴处有肺大疱。其中2例在术中也有明显的漏气，并在切除标本中发现了子宫内膜组织。我们的研究结果表明，对于患有月经性/子宫内膜异位症相关性气胸的患者，有必要确认其叶间裂中的右中叶嵴情况。
