One new sesquiterpene wikstromicrol (1), 1 new lignan (7R, 8S, 8'S)-9-acetoxyl (-)-isolariciresinol (8), and 12 known compounds were isolated from the branches and leaves of Wikstroemia micrantha. The structures of new compounds were elucidated by extensive interpretation of spectroscopic data and quantum chemical calculations of electronic circular dichroism spectra. The bioactivity assay showed that compounds 6 and 7 had weak cytotoxicity against MCF-7, HCT-116, and HL-60 cell lines with IC values ranging from 33.84 to 49.15 µM, whereas compound 8 exhibited moderate cytotoxicity against HCT-116 cell line with an IC value of 16.54 µM.
从小花荛花的枝叶中分离得到1个新的倍半萜 wikstromicrol (1)、1个新的木脂素(7R, 8S, 8'S)-9-乙酰氧基(-)-异落叶松脂醇(8)以及12个已知化合物。通过对光谱数据的广泛解析和电子圆二色光谱的量子化学计算确定了新化合物的结构。生物活性测定表明,化合物6和7对MCF-7、HCT-116和HL-60细胞系具有较弱的细胞毒性,IC值范围为33.84至49.15 μM,而化合物8对HCT-116细胞系表现出中等细胞毒性,IC值为16.54 μM。
