This paper formulates an SEIRSHM epidemic model with general birth rate, media report and limited medical resources. Firstly, the well-posedness of the solutions and the extinction of the disease are discussed. Then, the existence of the endemic equilibrium is discussed and we find when ∗ > 1 and = 1, there exhibits a backward bifurcation, if ∗ < 1 and = 1, there exhibits a forward bifurcation. Finally, numerical simulations are carried out to illustrate the main results and show that media report and limited medical resources have a great impact on disease transmission.
本文构建了一个具有一般出生率、媒体报道和有限医疗资源的SEIRSHM传染病模型。首先,讨论了解的适定性和疾病的灭绝情况。然后,讨论了地方病平衡点的存在性,我们发现当∗>1且 = 1时,出现后向分支;当∗<1且 = 1时,出现前向分支。最后,进行了数值模拟以说明主要结果,并表明媒体报道和有限医疗资源对疾病传播有很大影响。
