The karst region in southwestern China is one of the biodiversity hotspots in the world with rich fungal diversity but under-studied. Four fungal species belonging to (Clavicipitaceae) and (Cordycipitaceae) were isolated from dead spiders. Morphological comparisons, phylogenetic analyses and a PHI analysis based on multigene datasets support the establishment of these new species viz., , , , and are introduced. A new genus, , is proposed to accommodate , which is phylogenetically distinct from Our results revealed that further attention needs to be paid to the diversity of araneogenous fungi in the karst regions of southwestern China.
中国西南部的喀斯特地区是世界生物多样性热点地区之一,真菌多样性丰富,但研究不足。从死蜘蛛中分离出了属于麦角菌科和虫草菌科的四种真菌。基于多基因数据集的形态学比较、系统发育分析和PHI分析支持建立这些新物种,即新种被引入。提出了一个新属来容纳新种,新属在系统发育上与不同。我们的结果表明,需要进一步关注中国西南部喀斯特地区蜘蛛源真菌的多样性。
