Abstract
In ovariectomized rats treated with estradiol benzoate the ICV introduction of PGE1, 11-deoxy-13,14-didehydro-16S-methyl-PGE2, PGI2 or 6 H-PGI1 produces a marked increase of the plasma prolactin levels. These results suggest that the PGs play a role in the regulation of the prolactin secretion.

在用苯甲酸雌二醇治疗的去卵巢大鼠中，向脑室内注射前列腺素E1、11-脱氧-13,14-二脱氢-16S-甲基-前列腺素E2、前列环素I2或6H-前列环素I1会使血浆催乳素水平显著升高。这些结果表明，前列腺素在催乳素分泌的调节中起作用。
