Abstract

We report three draft genome sequences of sp. PsB, sp. CuC1, and sp. VaC1. sp. PsB can grow on ,,-trimethylglycine (betaine), but not on cocamidopropyl betaine (CPB), as a sole carbon source. sp. CuC1 and sp. VaC1 can grow only on CPB.

我们报告了PsB菌株、CuC1菌株和VaC1菌株的三个基因组草图序列。PsB菌株可以以β-三甲铵乙内酯(甜菜碱)作为唯一碳源生长,但不能以椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(CPB)作为唯一碳源生长。CuC1菌株和VaC1菌株只能以CPB作为唯一碳源生长。
