Pure adenoma of the breast was seen in a 34-year-old Japanese woman. On examination, there was a firm, movable, nontender mass, 2.0 cm in diameter, in the upper outer quadrant of the left breast. The xeromammographic and macroscopical diagnosis was fibroadenoma. Histological examination, however, identified pure tubular adenoma of the breast. This was reported herein because of its extreme rarity.
一名34岁的日本女性被发现患有纯乳腺腺瘤。检查时，在左乳房外上象限发现一个直径2.0厘米、质地坚硬、可活动、无压痛的肿块。干板乳房X线摄影和肉眼诊断为纤维腺瘤。然而，组织学检查确诊为纯乳腺管状腺瘤。鉴于其极为罕见，故在此报告。
