A ruthenium(II)-catalyzed direct oxidative (4+3) C-H/C-H annulation of 2-aryl-4-pyrido[1,2-]pyrimidin-4-ones with allyl alcohol has been described. The developed method yielded the corresponding annulated products in moderate to good yields. In addition, based on the control experimental results, a possible reaction mechanism has been proposed for the (4+3) C-H/C-H annulation reaction.
已报道了一种钌(II)催化的2-芳基-4-吡啶并[1,2 -]嘧啶-4-酮与烯丙醇的直接氧化(4 + 3)C-H/C-H环化反应。所开发的方法以中等至良好的产率得到相应的环化产物。此外,基于对照实验结果,提出了(4 + 3)C-H/C-H环化反应可能的反应机理。
