Three new abietane-type diterpenes, named pinusins A-C (-) were isolated from Pini Lignum Nodi (the dried tuberculate or branched nodes of Lamb.), together with five known diterpenoids (-), a flavonoid () and a monoterpene (). The structures of these compounds were elucidated based on detailed spectroscopic analyses (1D, 2D NMR, HRESIMS, IR, and UV), while ECD calculations determined their absolute configurations. All compounds were assayed for their protective activities against acetaminophen (APAP)-induced hepatotoxicity at 10 M. Compounds -, , and experimentally exerted protective effects against APAP-induced HepG2 cell damage.
从降香(降香檀树干和根的干燥结节)中分离出三种新的枞酸型二萜,命名为松脂素A - C(-),同时还分离出五种已知的二萜类化合物(-)、一种黄酮类化合物()和一种单萜类化合物()。基于详细的光谱分析(一维、二维核磁共振、高分辨电喷雾电离质谱、红外光谱和紫外光谱)阐明了这些化合物的结构,而电子圆二色光谱计算确定了它们的绝对构型。所有化合物在10μM浓度下测定了对乙酰氨基酚(APAP)诱导的肝毒性的保护活性。化合物-、和实验证明对APAP诱导的HepG2细胞损伤具有保护作用。
