Abstract

In the title mol-ecule, CHNOS, the methyl-ideneformohydrazide and meth-oxy-benzene groups are almost coplanar, with the indolyl group being rotated farther from the plane. The mol-ecules in the crystal structure form chains parallel to the axis direction through N-H⋯O hydrogen-bonding inter-actions. Neighbouring chains are linked by N-H⋯O contacts to form a three-dimensional network.
