A case report is given including endoscopic and morphological findings of a 19 year old female patient with colitis cystica profunda. Diagnosis could only be established by histological examination of material which had been taken from deep layers of the rectum wall. Lesions were so close to the anal region, that no surgical resection was done, because this would had impaired continence. A review of the literature is given in addition to the case report.
本文报告了一例19岁患有深部囊性结肠炎女性患者的内镜及形态学检查结果。仅通过对取自直肠壁深层的组织进行组织学检查才能确诊。病变部位离肛门区域很近，因此未进行手术切除，因为这会损害控便能力。除病例报告外，还对相关文献进行了综述。
