[Sequence of using the components of combined treatment in stage III and IV ovarian cancer patients and late treatment results].

The paper presents the results of a retrospective analysis of the data on 413 cases of stage III-IV epithelial malignancies of the ovaries. Application of the surgery+chemotherapy scheme for initial treatment secured better results than any other treatment modality. There was no correlation between survival, tumor stage and scheme of subsequent therapy.
