Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To investigate the effect of F-FDG PET/CT imaging combined with 3D-printed templates on the biopsy results and diagnostic efficacy in patients with lung tumors.

METHODS

This was a comparative study. A total of 80 patients with suspected lung tumors admitted to Baoding NO.1 Central Hospital from May 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the study group and the control group per different detection methods. Patients in the control group were treated with F-FDG PET/CT imaging-guided percutaneous aspiration biopsy of the lung, while those in the observation group underwent F-FDG PET/CT imaging-guided percutaneous aspiration biopsy of the lung combined with 3D printed templates. Afterward, the biopsy results of the two groups and their diagnostic efficacy and complications were compared.

RESULTS

No significant differences were observed in tissue length and scanning time between the two groups (P>0.05). The operation time and number of biopsies in the observation group were less than those in the control group, with significant differences (P<0.05). Meanwhile, there was no statistically significant difference in specificity (15.00% vs. 27.50%) and misdiagnosis rate (2.50% vs. 10.00%) between the two groups (P>0.05). Moreover, the incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%, lower than the control group (7.50%), with no statistically significant differences (=0.213, P=0.644).

CONCLUSION

The observation group was found to have superior effect than control group, with fewer punctures and shorter puncture time, making it worthy of promotion in clinical application.

目的

探讨F-FDG PET/CT成像联合3D打印模板对肺肿瘤患者活检结果及诊断效能的影响。

方法

这是一项对比研究。选取2022年5月至2023年12月在保定市第一中心医院收治的80例疑似肺肿瘤患者作为研究对象,根据不同检测方法分为研究组和对照组。对照组采用F-FDG PET/CT成像引导下经皮肺穿刺活检,观察组采用F-FDG PET/CT成像引导下经皮肺穿刺活检联合3D打印模板。之后,比较两组的活检结果、诊断效能及并发症情况。

结果

两组组织长度和扫描时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的操作时间和活检次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,两组特异性(15.00% vs. 27.50%)和误诊率(2.50% vs. 10.00%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。此外,观察组并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组(7.50%),差异无统计学意义(χ²=0.213,P=0.644)。

结论

研究发现观察组效果优于对照组,穿刺次数少且穿刺时间短,值得临床推广应用。
