Abstract

We report the complete genome sequence of a divergent member of the genus (family , order ), obtained through metagenomic sequencing of () Coquillett mosquitoes in the Brazilian Amazon. Phylogenetic analyses confirmed its classification. The genome comprises 12,150 nucleotides and encodes five open-reading frames.
