Abstract

In order to study the internal pressure fluctuation characteristics of the self-priming pump for the mobile pump truck and its impact on the frame of the pump truck, this paper first conducted a performance test on the self-priming pump for a certain type of mobile pump truck, and then used FLUENT software to calculate the internal flow of the self-priming pump, and analyzed the pressure fluctuation characteristics of the self-priming pump under different flow conditions.In addition, the fluid-structure coupling calculation of the mobile pump truck is carried out, and the displacement and stress distribution characteristics of the mobile pump truck frame under different flow conditions are studied. The results show that the flow field at the inlet of the impeller is stable under the rated flow condition. The frame will produce large displacement and stress under the condition of small flow. With the increase of flow rate, the maximum displacement and maximum stress of the frame gradually decrease.

摘要

为研究移动泵车自吸泵内部压力波动特性及其对泵车车架的影响,本文首先对某型移动泵车的自吸泵进行了性能试验,然后利用FLUENT软件对自吸泵内部流动进行了计算,分析了不同流量工况下自吸泵的压力波动特性。此外,开展了移动泵车的流固耦合计算,研究了不同流量工况下移动泵车车架的位移和应力分布特性。结果表明,在额定流量工况下叶轮进口处流场稳定。在小流量工况下车架会产生较大位移和应力。随着流量增大,车架的最大位移和最大应力逐渐减小。
