This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows: To assess the differential effects of public health interventions aimed at reducing alcohol consumption in the general population across SEP as defined by education, occupation, or income. Outcomes will be evaluated using the RE-AIM framework, considering dimensions of reach, effectiveness, adoption, implementation, and maintenance.
