To investigate the effect of six hand operation nursing applied in microscopic apical surgery.
Subjects (90 in total) were recruited from patients undergoing microscopic apical surgery in our hospital between March 2022 and March 2024, and assigned to a control group (n = 45) and an observation group (n = 45) using a random number table.
The overall response rate was higher in the observation group than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 at 3 d after nursing dropped in the two groups in comparison to those before nursing, and they were lower in the observation group than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The overall satisfaction with nursing rose in the observation group in comparison with that of the control group (P < 0.05).

探讨六种手部操作护理在显微根尖手术中的应用效果。
选取2022年3月至2024年3月在我院接受显微根尖手术的患者90例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组（n = 45）和观察组（n = 45）。
观察组的总有效率高于对照组（P < 0.05）。两组护理后3 d的肿瘤坏死因子-α和白细胞介素-6水平均较护理前下降，且观察组低于对照组（P < 0.05）。观察组对护理的总体满意度高于对照组（P < 0.05）。
六种手部操作护理应用于显微根尖手术可缩短手术时间，降低感染风险。
