The Perilla Leaf Moth, (Hübner, 1818), is a polyphagous pest often confused with due to morphological similarity. Here, we report the complete 15,281-bp mitochondrial genome of , comprising 37 genes and one A + T-rich region. The genome exhibits typical Lepidopteran features, with a arrangement and a CGA start codon for . Among Pyraustinae, , and were the most conserved genes. Phylogenetic analyses confirmed the monophyly of with strong support. This mitochondrial genome will serve as a valuable reference for future genetic and evolutionary studies.
