Abstract

Genome sequences of strains isolated from patients in Nariño, Colombia, with gastric lesions were assembled using Nanopore sequencing. Plasmids were detected in some strains and were predicted to be mobilizable, with relaxases of the MOBP type. 's virulence genes may explain the link with gastric cancer.
