The immunoglobulin concentrations in human aqueous humour from 44 patients aged 35 to 85 years with cataracts were measured by a standard immunodiffusion method. IgG was found in all the samples (mean level 7-0 mg/100 ml. IgD, IgA or IgM could not be detected. There was no significant difference in IgG levels in aqueous humour between the two sexes, in different age groups, and in the different types of cataracts.
采用标准免疫扩散法测定了44例年龄在35至85岁之间患有白内障患者房水中的免疫球蛋白浓度。所有样本中均检测到IgG(平均水平为7.0mg/100ml),未检测到IgD、IgA或IgM。两性之间、不同年龄组以及不同类型白内障患者的房水IgG水平均无显著差异。
