Abstract

• Cerebral Palsy is the leading cause of physical disability worldwide. • The early detection of cerebral palsy enables timely interventions, benefiting children's developmental outcomes. • A framework has guided clinical practices for the early detection of cerebral palsy achieving high accuracy. • The framework implementation in low- and middle-income countries has been challenging. • Translated educational resources and technology-driven strategies might enhance early cerebral palsy detection and clinical decision-making.
