Strongyloidiasis is a common intestinal infection that may persist in humans for decades without symptoms or can present as a potentially fatal, broadly disseminated infection in an immunocompromised host. This report describes a rare case of concomitant strongyloidiasis and meningitis that was successfully recognized and treated in a patient 20 years post-renal transplantation.
