Abstract

Two-photon microscopy has gained widespread recognition as a potent tool for providing both qualitative and quantitative information in the field of bone research. This chapter outlines a detailed protocol for using two-photon microscopy to track the colonization of cancer cells to bone, using frozen bone samples derived from xenograft mouse models.
