小叶丁香(C. K. Schneid. 1912,木犀科)是一种常见的矮生观赏丁香,原产于中国东北。在本研究中,组装了小叶丁香的完整叶绿体基因组,其呈现典型的四分体结构,全长160,459 bp,GC含量为37.9%。共注释了141个基因,包括96个蛋白质编码基因、37个tRNA基因和8个rRNA基因。对19个叶绿体基因组的系统发育分析表明,小叶丁香与[某物种]亚种关系最为密切。这些结果为小叶丁香未来的系统发育和进化研究提供了重要的基因组资源。
