The Different Facets of Myocarditis by Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Imaging.

Myocarditis is an inflammatory condition affecting the myocardium and may have different etiologies. Patients usually present with chest pain and elevated levels of cardiac enzymes, mainly troponin. Cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) imaging has emerged as the cornerstone test in the diagnosis of myocarditis. In this article, we present different CMR findings in cases of myocarditis.
