Ureteral duplication is a congenital abnormality described as two ureters in the isolateral urinary system. Ectopic ureter is an ureter with abnormal positioning which frequently has an orifice outside the bladder triangle in duplicated ureteral malformations. Clinical problems of this association are the result of vesicoureteral reflux and obstruction, giving rise to infection, incontinence and hydronephrosis. We report a rare case of unilateral duplicated ectopic ureter with vaginal insertion in a 60-year-old woman presenting with recurrent urinary tract infection. Duplicated system with ectopic ureter is a rare entity. Before undergoing surgical management, a good imaging study is required to determine the type of urethral duplication and to provide a good anatomical image.
输尿管重复是一种先天性异常，表现为同侧泌尿系统中有两条输尿管。异位输尿管是指位置异常的输尿管，在重复输尿管畸形中，其开口常常位于膀胱三角区之外。这种联合情况的临床问题是膀胱输尿管反流和梗阻的结果，可导致感染、尿失禁和肾积水。我们报告一例罕见的60岁女性单侧重复异位输尿管伴阴道开口病例，该患者表现为复发性尿路感染。伴有异位输尿管的重复系统是一种罕见的情况。在进行手术治疗之前，需要进行良好的影像学检查，以确定输尿管重复的类型并提供良好的解剖图像。
