Abstract
This patent presents novel substituted tetrahydrocyclohepteneindole derivatives as selective estrogen receptor alpha (ERα) inhibitors. These compounds demonstrate potential for treating Erα-related diseases such as cancers, ovulatory dysfunction, endometriosis, and inflammation diseases.
