Jumbo phages have potentials for uncovering phage diversity. Here, we report the complete genome sequences of two jumbo phages, ΦNK1 and ΦBrmt, isolated from waste water in Japan. To explore their molecular characteristics, whole phage genomes were sequenced and assembled via the short- and long-read platforms.
巨型噬菌体在揭示噬菌体多样性方面具有潜力。在此，我们报告了从日本废水中分离出的两种巨型噬菌体ΦNK1和ΦBrmt的完整基因组序列。为了探究它们的分子特征，通过短读长和长读长平台对整个噬菌体基因组进行了测序和组装。
