Bowenoid Papulosis (BP) is an uncommon, Human Papillomavirus (HPV) induced genital dysplasia, usually observed in younger, sexually active individuals. We report a case of a 37-year-old woman who presented with dark, itchy lesions over her external genitalia of 6 months duration. Clinical examination and histopathological evaluation confirmed the diagnosis of BP. The patient was managed with weekly cryotherapy sessions and was advised to undergo annual cytological screening.
鲍温样丘疹病（BP）是一种罕见的、由人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）引起的生殖器发育异常，通常见于年轻的性活跃个体。我们报告一例37岁女性患者，其外阴出现持续6个月的深色、瘙痒性皮损。临床检查和组织病理学评估确诊为BP。该患者接受了每周一次的冷冻治疗，并被建议每年进行细胞学筛查。
