本研究中,360对米玛斯种鸽根据日粮色氨酸含量随机分为6个实验组。每组4只乳鸽的亲鸽分别饲喂含0.10%、0.14%、0.18%、0.22%、0.26%和0.30%色氨酸(Trp)的日粮,为期50天。
结果表明,日粮添加色氨酸使种鸽产蛋率呈曲线增加,在0.18 - 0.30%组产蛋率最高。乳鸽的料重比呈线性和二次曲线趋势,0.26%色氨酸组最低。乳鸽半净膛和全净膛体重的增加呈曲线趋势,0.26%色氨酸组乳鸽的屠宰性能最佳。
添加0.22 - 0.30%色氨酸可改善肉色。血浆生化指标结果表明,添加色氨酸显著改善了乳鸽的代谢功能,0.22 - 0.30%色氨酸组指标最佳。
利用繁殖和生长性能指标建立了回归模型。种鸽在孵化和哺乳期产蛋率最高时色氨酸添加量为0.210 - 0.272%。在此添加量下,乳鸽的氧化应激水平降低,促进了生长。
