Fibrosarcoma of the right ventricle--a case report.

An unusual case of fibrosarcoma of the right ventricle is described in a 25-year-old man. The diagnosis of a right ventricular tumour was made on the basis of echocardiographic and radionuclide studies and was confirmed by angiocardiography. The surgical management and postoperative course are described together with a brief review of the literature.
