Considering the significance of hospitals in the healthcare system and the challenges arising from future trends, this study was conducted to explore the role and functions of the future Amiralmomenin Hospital, Tehran Medical Unit, Islamic Azad University.
This qualitative content analysis study was conducted in 2022. The research population included senior managers and healthcare professionals, hospital directors and managers, IT specialists, advanced medical equipment experts, and faculty members of medical sciences universities. Sampling was purposeful, and semi-structured interviews were conducted with 19 individuals until data saturation was established. The MAXQDA 11 software was used for coding and data management.
Two main themes were synthesized. (1) Future role and functions of the hospital, which included 10 subthemes: future healthcare services, education, research, financing, human resources, information management, drugs and medical equipment, physical resources, interdepartmental collaboration, and management and leadership. (2) Challenges and threats, categorized into six subthemes: education, financing, human resources, information management, drugs and medical equipment, and physical resources.
The new collaborative and health promotion role was recommended for the future of Amiralmomenin Hospital. The following functions and actions in the hospital must be improved for the coming role: stakeholder commitments, changing human resources recruitment and competencies development, new financial policies and payment systems, updating information systems, up-to-date medical devices, improving intersectoral collaboration and community involvement, and strengthening the hospital's interaction to primary care providers, research and developments centers.
鉴于医院在医疗体系中的重要性以及未来趋势带来的挑战，本研究旨在探讨未来德黑兰医科大学伊斯兰阿扎德大学阿米尔穆罕默德宁医院的作用和功能。
本定性内容分析研究于2022年进行。研究对象包括高级管理人员、医疗保健专业人员、医院院长和管理人员、信息技术专家、先进医疗设备专家以及医科大学的教职员工。采用目的抽样法，对19人进行了半结构化访谈，直至达到数据饱和。使用MAXQDA 11软件进行编码和数据管理。
综合出两个主要主题。（1）医院的未来作用和功能，包括10个子主题：未来医疗服务、教育、研究、融资、人力资源、信息管理、药品和医疗设备、物质资源、部门间协作以及管理与领导。（2）挑战与威胁，分为6个子主题：教育、融资、人力资源、信息管理、药品和医疗设备以及物质资源。
建议阿米尔穆罕默德宁医院未来发挥新的协作和健康促进作用。为实现未来作用，医院必须改进以下功能和行动：利益相关者承诺、改变人力资源招聘和能力发展、制定新的财务政策和支付系统、更新信息系统、配备最新医疗设备、改善部门间协作和社区参与，以及加强医院与初级保健提供者、研究与发展中心的互动。
