Abstract
Cardiac computed tomography angiography is particularly valuable in patients with prosthetic valve infective endocarditis who have contraindications to transesophageal echocardiography (TOE), or when TOE is limited by heavy calcifications or the prosthetic valve, offering at least equivalent sensitivity for detecting abscesses and pseudoaneurysms.

心脏计算机断层扫描血管造影对于有经食管超声心动图（TOE）禁忌证的人工瓣膜感染性心内膜炎患者，或者当TOE因严重钙化或人工瓣膜而受限的情况下，特别有价值，在检测脓肿和假性动脉瘤方面至少具有同等的敏感性。
