The complete genome sequence of an ʟ-glucose-utilizing bacterium, sp. strain 1A1 isolated from soil, was determined. Strain 1A1 contained a 3.45 Mb circular chromosome with 3,261 protein-coding genes, 9 rRNA, and 52 tRNA genes and 1.77 Mb and 44.5 kb circular plasmids with 1,623 and 51 protein-coding genes, respectively.
从土壤中分离出的一株利用L-葡萄糖的细菌——sp.菌株1A1的全基因组序列已被测定。菌株1A1含有一条3.45 Mb的环状染色体,带有3261个蛋白质编码基因、9个rRNA和52个tRNA基因,以及分别带有1623个和51个蛋白质编码基因的1.77 Mb和44.5 kb的环状质粒。
