The literature review highlights successful cases, depending largely on timely intervention. This case highlights the need for careful antibiotic selection based on clinical response and sensitivity patterns. Moreover, increasing awareness among healthcare professionals, particularly in tropical and subtropical regions, is vital for early detection and successful treatment of this rare, life-threatening infection.
