Abstract

Recently, new studies have shown an important role for the medial ligament complex in anterior cruciate ligament injuries. The study of the structures present in this complex is of crucial importance in orthopaedic surgical practice, seeking to increasingly understand how injuries occur and how to improve postoperative results. This study describes the step-by-step process for performing anatomic dissection of the medial complex in search of the anterior oblique ligament, which has shown promise in adding stability to reconstructions of the anterior cruciate ligament.

最近,新的研究表明内侧韧带复合体在膝关节前交叉韧带损伤中起重要作用。对该复合体中存在的结构进行研究在骨科手术实践中至关重要,旨在越来越多地了解损伤是如何发生的以及如何改善术后效果。本研究描述了对内侧复合体进行解剖以寻找前斜韧带的逐步过程,前斜韧带在增强前交叉韧带重建的稳定性方面已显示出前景。
