This study aimed to identify different profiles of psychological resilience among patients with chronic disease and to further explore their association with demographic factors, social support, and activities of daily living (ADL).
A cross-sectional study was conducted between October and December 2023. A total of 460 patients with chronic disease were investigated by the demographic questionnaire, the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale-10 item, the Social Support Rating Scale, and the Modified Barthel Index. Latent profile analysis was used to analyze the latent profiles of psychological resilience. The chi-square test, analysis of variance, and multinomial logistic regression were used to explore the factors associated with different profiles of psychological resilience.
Psychological resilience in patients with chronic disease was classified into three profiles: vulnerable coping group, positive regulation group, and positive adaptation group. These three profiles showed unique relationships with the number of children, exercise status in recent years, subjective health status, objective support, subjective support, utilization of support, and ADL.
Most patients with chronic disease were classified into the positive regulation group. Healthcare workers need to pay more attention to patients with fewer children, less exercise, and lower subjective health, while it is especially important to improve patients' objective support, subjective support, utilization of support, and ADL.
本研究旨在识别慢性病患者心理韧性的不同特征，并进一步探讨其与人口统计学因素、社会支持及日常生活活动（ADL）的关联。
于2023年10月至12月开展一项横断面研究。通过人口统计学调查问卷、Connor-Davidson心理韧性量表（10项）、社会支持评定量表及改良巴氏指数对460例慢性病患者进行调查。采用潜在类别分析来分析心理韧性的潜在类别。运用卡方检验、方差分析及多项逻辑回归来探究与心理韧性不同特征相关的因素。
慢性病患者的心理韧性分为三类：消极应对组、积极调节组和积极适应组。这三类在子女数量、近年运动状况、主观健康状况、客观支持、主观支持、支持利用度及ADL方面呈现出独特的关系。
大多数慢性病患者被归为积极调节组。医护人员需要更加关注子女较少、运动较少且主观健康状况较差的患者，同时改善患者的客观支持、主观支持、支持利用度及ADL尤为重要。
