We studied the effect of bisphenol A orally administrated to female rats on sexual behavior of their offspring. The males of the experimental group demonstrated significantly decreased number of approaches to a partition separating them from a receptive female; the copulatory rate during direct interaction with the female was also reduced. In females of the experimental group, the lordosis quotient and lordosis intensity were decreased. The revealed changes indicate that bisphenol A intoxication of female rats leads to significant disturbance of sexual behavior in their offspring of both sexes.
