We propose a composition of a local hemostatic and wound-healing agent in a liquid dosage form, a water-glycerol colloidal suspension containing active substances (silicon and iron glycerolates and chitosan) and an auxiliary substance polyvinylpyrrolidone. The agent is nontoxic and exhibits high hemostatic activity (that was practically the same at different contents of iron (III) monoglycerolate (0.40 and 0.80 wt%)) and pronounced wound-healing properties.
