Abstract

Methicillin-resistant (MRSA) in bovine milk poses a significant zoonotic and antimicrobial resistance threat. This study identifies three MRSA strains from subclinical mastitic (SCM) cow milk, carrying resistance genes to β-lactams, lincosamides, macrolides, streptogramin B, and aminoglycosides, underscoring the urgent need for improved hygiene and surveillance in dairy production.

牛乳中的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)构成了重大的人畜共患病和抗菌药物耐药性威胁。本研究从亚临床型乳房炎(SCM)奶牛的乳汁中鉴定出三株MRSA菌株,这些菌株携带对β-内酰胺类、林可酰胺类、大环内酯类、链阳菌素B和氨基糖苷类的耐药基因,凸显了改善乳制品生产卫生和监测的迫切需求。
