Ovarian tumors and cholelithiasis are uncommon in young children. The simultaneous occurrence of ovarian tumors and cholelithiasis in a child is extremely rare and has not been documented in the literature. This case report describes the first documented instance of a 5-year-old girl having both an ovarian teratoma and cholelithiasis. She was treated with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy and laparoscopic cholecystectomy during the same surgical procedure.
卵巢肿瘤和胆石症在幼儿中并不常见。儿童同时发生卵巢肿瘤和胆石症极为罕见，文献中尚无记载。本病例报告描述了首例有记录的5岁女孩同时患有卵巢畸胎瘤和胆石症的病例。她在同一次手术中接受了腹腔镜卵巢囊肿切除术和腹腔镜胆囊切除术。
